We are an umbrella body registered with Disclosure Scotland solely for the purpose of checking and validating disclosure applications. Our understanding of the legislation pertaining to disclosure allows us to ensure that not only are your staff eligible but that they have the specific type of disclosure so saving time, effort and expense.

As former police officers we offer a professional outsourced disclosure checking service making the process as straight forward as possible by providing a unique personal service where we come to you at your convenience.  

We provide the PVG form to join or update the information of Existing PVG members.  In the case of staff not involved in regulated work we provide the standard disclosure form.

We accommodate your diary commitments, daily work schedules, full or part time working or at weekends.

We go through the application form with your applicant to ensure it is free from errors or omissions.

We check and validate applicants identity documents and return them immediately with no requirement to obtain copies.

We validate and countersign each application as required by the legislation. 

Applications are then submitted to Disclosure Scotland within 24 hours of completion and we monitor their progress from submission to completion.

Currently applications submitted by Absolute Disclosure have turn around time of between 7 and 21 days provided there are no anomalies.
